Perception Based Measurement
Aesthetix measurement is designed to predict the impact of surface quality on the consumer with new metrics for gloss, haze & waviness based on leading edge academic research.

Small parts & Curved Surfaces
It is possible to measure flat parts, curved surfaces and small areas with contact or non -contact measurement. The Aesthetix can be used as a portable or fixed installation, robotised or as a measurement sensor in fitted directly into the production line.
Artificial Intelligence- Measure, Simplify & Analyse
The Aesthetix is capable of measuring 100's of parameters related to surface glossiness, colour, appearance, texture and topography. With this huge range of possibilities AI is used to train the system to distill complex information into simple perception parameters and pass fail predictions. Using AI the Aesthetix can be trained to produce measurements compatible with other systems, recognise patterns or predict subjective quality judgements.
