Log files

Location

The log files for the software are located in your local drive. You can find them in this directory: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Rhopoint Instruments Ltd\Rhopoint Appearance Elements\Logs.

For example, if your username is username, the full path will be: C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Rhopoint Instruments Ltd\Rhopoint Appearance Elements\Logs

Accessing Log Files

To access the log files, look at the version display in the bottom right corner of the main application window. Click on this version number to open the log files folder.
